We are a community-driven youth governance office focused on civic action, sports, education, and long-term impact for the people of Barangay Bugtong na Pulo, Lipa City.

Access to quality education and a clean environment are rights every young person in Bugtong na Pulo deserves. Through scholarships, livelihood training, and community-led environmental programs, our SK office works to ensure no youth is left behind — in the classroom or in their barangay.

I've lived in Bugtong my whole life, and the current SK administration is the one I've truly felt the most. They have launched numerous projects that genuinely reached and benefited the youth of Bugtong.
All I can say is that it's evident they ran to serve, not just to hold a position. I hope this becomes a testament to all young people that this is the standard of SK officials we deserve. Lumalapit sa tao at nagseserbisyo nang totoo.

As a Grade 12 and SSLG adviser, I have seen firsthand how the Sangguniang Kabataan serves as a vital bridge between the classroom and community leadership. Our school has been incredibly fortunate to have an SK Council that views education not merely as academic instruction, but as the foundation of societal ideals.
Through our sustained partnership in youth seminars, this SK team has consistently championed programs that go beyond the basics — empowering our students with leadership skills, civic awareness, and the values needed to navigate today's world. Public service is public trust, and even if this may seem repetitive; it remains true to its words — it is trust bestowed upon officials. Bilang mga representative of the youth in their community, the council of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Bugtong na Pulo led by SK Chairperson Ivan Llanes, continuously lives by their purpose.
Their transparency and accountability shall be of merit for creating avenues which can directly communicate with the youth of their barangay. At the same time, several projects have shown the capacity of the council to innovate and think outside of the box — providing the youth not only projects widely done by other SK officials.
